Seller Feedback is the wrong place to direct issues regarding shipping/delivery timeframes. Unless your commenting on either of the following 3 things #1 Was the order Given to shipper within listed handling time(All my orders ship by the next business day)#2 Was the Correct parcel service used (You selected USPS Ground Service) #3 Was the item Packaged properly(I know there was no issue with the packaging)Hopefully u now know the seller has as much control of a package in transit as the buyer

Buyer purchased a 24ft cover which is exactly what they received. Based on all other feedback for this item no other buyers have had any issues. It's not my fault they should of ordered a bigger size. Plus in order for me to accept a return, the item must be in the same condition as received(per eBay rules) and not laying in the dirty water shown in the photos they provided.
