Said condition was like new, it was not, it was painted and the glove is peeling and coming apart, I feel they lied about product and should have described the real condition of the glove

This is completely untrue. Check the listing yourself - click the blue listing number (available for 90 days or so). It was listed as used, NOT like new. The very small drops of paint are visible in the photos. It is not peeling or coming apart. I do not know why the customer stated that. Did he mean to buy someone else's glove? It makes no sense. There is no mention of new. It is clearly listed as used and there are good photos.
