I sent the seller a message regarding the issue of them not even packaging the product properly and it was smashed in transit. I even asked them to make sure to properly package it before it was even shipped. They message me back saying “the damage won’t affect value we sell it for more now so you can return it” incredibly rude and dismissive.

Buyer messaged me claiming the item arrived damaged I told him we need it back for insurance, does not want to return the item wants me to refund them based on there photos. Provides no photos of the damaged shipping box.
Gets angry when a refund is refused without return.
