Came well protected in a air/bubble wrapper ensuring no damage to the laptop in transit. Unit was basically brand new (plastic protection on the power button and the power brick still!) even though it was advertised as refurbished, excellent condition. Not a mark on it! Super happy and will recommend this seller going forward.

The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.
