    The item was in perfect condition , however the packing box was ripped open for some stupid reason. I don't blame my merchant for this. For the item was delivered new. This is now between the postal service and eBay. eBay's attorneys need to step onto this criminal action by the USPS. I am tired of this criminal conspiracy . Seams every package is somehow opened. They have round holes or tore open. This is serious and on going . The ball is now in your court eBay. To my merchant, thanks .
