Came in origanl military package but the quality of this ratchet is pretty low. The seller had no information about it so like I said I took a chance. It is brand new never used. It has a loose head and is a single pawl mechanism, very similar to a truecraft ratchet I have. Shipping was fast. No problems, A++++ all the way.
