This was a pre-order, but 3 days after release I had to contact the seller to find out where it was, and even then it was another couple of days before I received it. I would have been better ordering from Amazon; it was at the same price and would have been next day delivery after release. Not impressed. Better customer service would have been to a) reach out to me to apologise for the delay BEFORE I had to contac tthem, b) send it out next day delivery once the issue had been resolved.
