Just as described, I used a full function scan tool and eliminated all the codes including the internal cluster SRS code. I highly recommend this company to repair these Volvo clusters with common failures. they shipped it back via UPS in a carefully wrapped box. Ad a little misleading, a number of ads stated 1yr warranty and lifetime warranty which I chose lifetime warranty. Turns out it's only a 1yr warranty. The value for the repair is still extremely worth while, but not sure what caused my device to brake in the first place or if it will again.

I was able to pass emissions testing! There is much rejoicing! Only down side is shipping using USPS Priority Mail is taking at least 7 days to get there and 7 days to get back to me. Seems to be a USPS issue because tracking was saying 3 days to them and 3 days back, but it was more like 7 days each way. Other than USPS, the service was perfect!
