The item description stated that it came with Windows 11 Pro, but the laptop I received had Windows 10 Pro installed. When I contacted the merchant, I was told to install Windows 11 Pro myself. Otherwise, the laptop was in very good condition, but ebay merchants should take care to deliver the item they describe.
