Sorry but this hand bag looks very cheap .it is not looks like Italian genuine leather at all.I don't beleive this made in italy, looks like made in china like everything else.The Gold metal closings on each side is not level and off.Looks like vinyle not leater at all.I would like to get my money back or exchange it with a real genuine italian leather that is not defective.

This is the first time someone has accused me of not selling an authentic Made In Italy genuine leather handbag. ALL of the items I sell are directly imported from Italy, I have the purchase/shipping receipts to prove this. I'm truly sorry you're unhappy with your purchase.
