    Item arrived damaged. Poor packaging. Contacted seller and was accused of dropping the radio myself and damaging it. His argument is that he's mailed things before and they didn't get damaged so mine couldn't have either. Logical fallacy. Ended up repairing the radio myself. Dishonorable seller, avoid.

    The Garmin SL 40 mobile mount version radio was shipped out by priority mail with tracking number and was fully packaged bubble wrapper and side Wadding of manila paper plus the user's manual on top of the radio. There's no way it would bent a tuning Dial shaft. Had to be the postal service employees or when they dropped the box into the mail metal container . That's not my fault whatsoever. You have no to right to use derogatory words to a person Senior'and disabled that you don't know
