However, their cust. service (Icey) was beyond professional, kind & willing to resolve however best for me. Very happy with the outcome & would definitely recommend their shop!! Top notch!! The stools are sturdy, strong & a beautiful color wood. They are a little darker than appear in pics & the rattan back has a chance of being rough only due to the design/material. The value is excellent & there is free shipping. Can't be beat!!
