why is feedback required for items i purchased but was refunded because the seller refused to send a item? I was told by the Seller they didn't have any in stock; but yet they still show 10 available. I feel DISCRIMINATED against when i come across sellers refusing to sell or ship to HAWAII. To turn a bad situation into a good one, i actually was able to find a seller further away who had a better price for the same item and also gave me a discount and NO FEAR to SHIP TO HAWAII
