    Horrible Seller. Never shipped out my item and never responded to any of my messages. Ebay needs to change their policy on refunds and cancelations. New policy should include that if a seller doesn't ship out an item within 5 business days, the order should be automatically canceled and refunded. The seller should also receive a strike on their account so that if they continue to do it, their account will be suspended. I had to wait 2 weeks in order to open a case then 4 more days for a refund.
