Dreadful, stressful experience with seller. Items took over 30 days to arrive as held at customs due to issues with the paperwork . One invoice wasn’t even included in the package ! I had to chase up & deal with all of this! Paid the £430 customs charge on the day I was notified of the amount due but seller still refuses to accept the return request made because of time taken to arrive. I offered to cover the cost of the original postage too. Will never risk purchasing from this seller again.
