I put it all together and my truck started! I think you might need to adjust the valves or check them for spec after you tighten it down. But this is a good replacement cylinder head and probably a better deal than refurbishing one. It looked like a new cylinder head. I don't know if the materials are same quality and strength as OEM but so far so good. i cannot yet testify to longevity
