Came well protected in a air/bubble wrapper ensuring no damage to the laptop in transit. Unit was basically brand new (plastic protection on the power button and the power brick still!) even though it was advertised as refurbished, excellent condition. Not a mark on it! Super happy and will recommend this seller going forward.

Shipping was prompt and they were professionally packaged, using notebook bubble containers. I tested all 3 extensively and they are in good order. I did find a bad wifi card but the seller responded within minutes and assisted me in getting a replacement card the next day. Every bit of the transaction was well handled. The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.

If you are buying from the US and are given an option, DO NOT choose UPS. They charge exorbitant fees for getting the package through customs and apply tariffs incorrectly.
