Very easy to install with the right tools and cut the shifter throw in half! I used a little dielectric grease to lubricate the boot before carefully sliding the shifter through it and had no issues with the boot tearing. Definitely worth the money and time to improve the shifting on a ZF6 transmission. Makes towing heavy loads easier. Shipping was fast to Colorado.
