    The product was described as ‘new’. The actual tubes of paint arrived unopened / new but the box had been sellotaped together on one corner and was creased and bent on arrival. As the paints were not a gift this was not a problem but had I wanted to give the paints as a gift I would not have given them due to the poor condition of the box.
