I am not sure that the screen is new. There was some marring on the side like brackets had been installed, and some dark spots in the screen (just barely noticeable). everything else appeared to be new parts. They ask you to send your vin, but the unit did not come pre-programmed to my truck AT ALL. The instructions they include straight up say they use a cracked version of forscan (sketchy) I am fluent enough in forscan that I just made the adjustments myself. Did ship from USA quickly.

Ordered this kit to replace my Sync 3. APIM had went bad in mine causing the screen to display half black half map. Music still played but no screen control. Made the swap. And let me just say. Everything you need to make this happen is included with the kit. Made the swap and worked right out of the box. My vehicle is a 2016 F150 Lariat. with all the bells and whistles. Noticed the screen was missing Heated and cooled seats and my heated steering wheel. Within 20 mins everything had been fixed
