Customer wanted to revise this feedback, but because it was left as positive feedback, they are unable. Here is the message I received from them wgen I asked if they would revise it: "I actually tried to last night and it wouldn’t let me remove, change, or add a new one. Are you possibly able to tell me how I would do it? I’m more than happy to revise it."
