    This was a beat. The fan was on high and the bios was locked. I believe this item was sold knowing it had this defect. This is not the way to treat a customer especially since I paid you in good faith.

    The item is working...to clear bios remove green jumper (password) turn on the computer and F10 to go to bios once in the bios try update bios latest version. Please contact us if you still have problem will sent return label.
