The factory packaging was a bit busted up but everything was in the package and it seems to operate well. Tuned in the SWR with a little trimming and am getting 1.5 on Ch1 and 40, but dead nuts on 1:1 at channel 20. Works just like my first one! (Little Wil CB antenna)

Your antenna will arrive quickly, practically wrapped in armor, and will be in perfect condition. These Everhardt C28-0 antennas are great-they handle wattage well, are very wide-banded, and they are very tough. They're good-looking too. I have been able to talk to Australia and Europe on mine from SW Washington state. This vendor has the best prices.

The instruction manual is a copy not even the manual. The pics show what case and instruction copies look like. Not at all happy with this purchase. Seller needs to contact me to fix problem. Right now would not recommend this seller. It would not let me leave a neural feedback
