I rarely leave feedback. Actual shipping time was a fraction of the estimate (fast!). The fan fits very well (good tight fit). At first I was worried that it was not going to fit correctly, but with a little extra force (careful!) it fits snugly and tightly. This is actually very good because a tight fit means low or no vibration and very quiet, and longer life-span (it IS very quiet!). I used MY own thermal paste. After 1 week (approx. 30 hrs) of use it remains silent and works well.
