Fair play to the seller who swiftly, without any arguments, made a total refund!!! I am really pleased and impressed with sellers actions as it was thru no fault of theirs as the packaging was more than adequate, item as described, and was quickly despatched, shame they became a victim of heavy handed couriers which seems to have become the norm just lately, particularly R Mail
