I am rescinding the positive feedback after I discovered the seller charged me $15 instead of the actual $4.15 for USPS shipping costs from IL to IN, and when asked, the response was that there were "handling fees" that included supplying the (free) FedEx plastic shipping bag, 2 scraps of recycled cardboard, and the "services" performed for selling merchandise to buyers. Avoid this seller.
