    Picture and real item are not the same. As promised there was logic probe in package and ... of course test clips are not provided. But these weren't on picture also. Transport was however much faster than promised. Power cable was also for another region, but these cables are everywhere, so it is not problem. Package is also excellent. Overall this value and item is balanced so I'm pretty satisfied.
