After no word I reached out via message and Javier at Seawire stated LCD display was out of stock which is understandable. However, after stating they had gotten part they missed multiple promised ship dates and did not initiate updates. Unfortunately, unable to test functionality of unit before feedback closes. Chose seller and paid more because of the 100% feedback, and hate to be the blemish, but this was my experience.

The repair save us over $10K less the $450 repair and expedite fee. A few notes- make the shipment instructions more clear at the time of eBay order since an active boater needs the repairs more rapidly - and the expedite fee may be better to offer up front.
