Finish for the set I ordered was anodized aluminum blue with even color all around. Does not come with mounting bolts to attach to block. Does come with a paper gasket for sealing to the face of block and an o-ring for the tensioner bolt and jam nut. New condition. Arrived two weeks earlier than expected.
