Buyer is a liar. He claims the hat is polyester, not cotton. I offered him a partial credit if he could send me a picture of the tag. He agreed to and then came up with excuses why he couldn't, but still wants the credit. I told him I will issue credit when he sends me a picture, then got nasty and left negative feedback.
