    Can’t thank this shop enough! Not only did they have a very unique piece of vacuum equipment available - they shipped it to me incredibly quickly. A week before Christmas visiting my new in laws for the first time, and I managed to completely crack the water basin of my MIL’s rainbow.     Vacuum arrived as expected...apparently "gently used", as the motor appears to be in excellent condition! After pulling the canister apart with custom-made tools, I was able to remove 2 tiny, broken pieces of "dry-rotted" black plastic, which came from the wheels on the "wheel dolly". Somehow, the pieces made it inside the vacuum during shipping. As for the plastic wheels, only the "floor contact layer" was "dry-rotted", so they're shorter now, but still work. Overall experience is satisfactory!
