You said it was factory refurbished but it looks brand new. It was actually more than described...16gb of ram, a keyboard, a wireless mouse and, to my surprise, the 250gb "SSD" is actually a NVME drive. It's exactly what I needed at a fraction of the price I would have paid somewhere else. Love it!
