They were bulbs, shipped in a bag and yes 2 out of the 4 boxes came damaged. The product is not damaged but the boxes were. You should really consider shipping breakable items like glass and bulbs in secure packaging like a box. Other than that, my order was shipped quickly and my transaction was smooth. I recommend this seller if they change their shipping packaging ways for breakable purchases 😊
