    On arrival, the PC took several attempts for the power button to respond. The fan started once, stopped, before going. I installed my data drive. It was working, but I had to swap it out to get data from another drive. When I reinstalled my drive, the PC would not recognize it. I rebooted to memory error beeps, a blinking red power button, and the fan kept stopping. Techleaf says it worked on arrival, but their product comes with a one-year guarantee. I am entitled to a full refund.
