Box was crushed, opened and had been taped when delivered. Good thing it was a Bumper. No hardware or instructions, but this could be a result of the open box. UPS wrote a note on the box documenting the condition.

I would buy another one of these because it is pretty good quality. Came in three boxes that arrived on various days so don't get in a hurry to put it on your cart. Boxes were all in good condition with no rips or tears. This seat has a great appearance and makes the cart look excellent. As far as value, with the addition of the grab bar being included make the kit a good value.
