During fitting the front pads consisted of 1 inner and 3x outter pads. Was told items would be shipped express next day to me arriving on Friday. Pads showed up Monday even though as as a business there are aware weekend delivery is additionally charged. Original set of front pads weren't wrapped inside the box, yet replacements were. No discount/compensation especially as it left me immobilised and without a car for 5 days.
