It was towards the end of Friday when we ordered from printer-plotter who had one in stock. He sent us a genuine HP belt and tensioner assembly which landed with us on Wednesday from his base in China. That's great service, especially as no-one in the UK or Europe had one in stock. Not even HP had one. There website seems to be only geared to selling new equipment. Our HP310 latex is now up and back running. I rate this seller as very high.
