Item was excellent. Unfortunately shipping was not. In today's day and age when majority of vendors are offering same-day or next-day shipping, these guys are far below average. They printed the shipping label and posted a tracking number 3 days after I placed the order, but then didn't deliver the package to the carrier until 8 days after that. That's ELEVEN days to ship the order after payment was received. I wasn't in a hurry for it but still, in a competitive world, they need to do better.
