    The item came just as described and actually looked better in real life than in their photos. The package was shipped quickly and packed perfectly (stereo integrated amp). Fed Ex would have had to go out of their way to damage the package. The pricing on the item I bought was so reasonable that I would have felt like an j&rk bargaining with them as they did have a "or best offer" on their sale page. They advertised it as refurbished and I can assure people they did refurbish it. So honest too.
