Customer did not like the strings at the end of the bracelet but that is how they are made. Sent them a link which was an instructional video as how to to tie the bracelet. What I got in return is a malicious attempt to due harm to my account with false statements. God Bless and understand that all we did was sell the product as shown and stated in the listing. The customer just wanted it for FREE and when the y didn't they left false accusations.
