Now every time I've asked for a refund, they have provided one. But I find it annoying that it's always a gamble. The books are mostly overgraded in my opinion. If you want a very good book, then chose one listed as new. If you're happy with a scruffy/acceptable copy, go for one listed as 'very good'. The ripped one in the pictures was described as very good.
