      Unfortunately the unit failed in testing prematurely when applied to 240vAC. Seller cheerfully refunded. For other prospective Australian buyers with a 240VAC fridge I'd suggest you get a voltage drop from 250-220V via a 12 ohm 100W resistor in series with the defrost circuit for your fridge. My OEM 21yo part has a resistance of 107 Ohms and surprisingly was still in tact.
