My office is like an ice box even in the summertime so this is a great piece to have! Shipping was definitely fair price and packaged well. The only negative take away is that one of the criss cross pieces on the sleeve was loosening from the fabric and sticking up. But luckily I have a daughter who is great at sewing so I'll just have her stick it back down - easy easy. Would do business with again!
