Took my money immediately then did not ship for at least 2 weeks and did not let me know until I badgered them for a response. When the DVD finally arrived it had a chunk missing out of the booklet that came with it & was formatted for a region other than the United States. None of this mentioned in the description. They did issue a refund when I told them how unacceptable this was, but, this should never have happened. Do NOT trust these people & read other negative feedback.
