Although originally I was not pleased with the communication I received waiting for the wheel the fact that someone cared enough to call me and make things right impressed me. And because of that call, I will continue to buy from KCINT and recommend them to others. As an aside the wheel was perfict and look great on my Heritage.

It came well wrapped and in great condition and the value for a beautiful whitewall is top notch as well. Before our interaction was finished I even got a phone call confirming I got my tire and they got the wrong one back.
