A vehicle is considered new if it is purchased directly from a new car franchise dealer and has not yet been registered and issued a title. New vehicles are covered by a manufacturer's new car warranty and are sold with a window sticker (also known as a “Monroney Sticker”) and a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. These vehicles have been driven only for demonstration purposes and should be in excellent running condition with a pristine interior and exterior. See the seller's listing for full details.

The tubeless kit arrived in perfect condition and included almost everything I needed to do this conversion. The Vitpilen/Svartpilen Excel rims have TALL spoke nipples so I was worried the tape wouldn't be able to seal around them, but I was wrong; the only thing I had to do was sand the sharp bits smooth, clean the rim with iso-alcohol, then carefully apply the tapes following the instructions, and air pressure does the rest. Even the occasional stubborn bubble didn't seem to affect the seal!
