The pulley is perfect and I’m satisfied with this item, but the only issue that I had with shipper, is some how postman marked this item delivered but I didn’t receive it, the item arrived few days later, in the meantime I contacted shipper, and reported the issue, but he was so helpless in solving the issue, just given on advice that I have to talk to the postman and that shipper are prohibited to file a claim against USPS
