Works great! Just had to modify it to fit my machine: Backlight: connect pin 22 to pin 1 and your backlight will start working (photo attached) Contrast: connect 10k variable resistor in middle position between Base and Emitter of Q1. Turn it slowly to find the best picture. Measure resistance and replace it with permanent resistor. I had to put 6k2 resistor (photo attached)
