    I received the item, unfortunately the item got damaged in transitie but nothing that couldn't be fixed, contacted them them about it and resolved the issue, item could have been packaged a bit better in hindsight, the item was as described but was VERY dusty and dirty, value for money, yeah can't complain. Good communication from this company and sorted issues.

    I was a bit concerned about the dispatch time and also after reading some of the negative feedback I was wondering how the laptop would turn up. Well I am happy here, yes despatch was a little bit slow but I pinged them a message and they responded straight away to tell me it was on it's way, it arrived the next day. The packaging is immaculate, brand new box and air cushion bag (these are not cheap). The machine itself is as described and what I expected, it is a punchy little thing!! so 5*
