When item arrived late and defective, I contacted him, he implied that I was a liar and a scammer, so I filmed the defective key on the midi keyboard along with the serial number, then I shipped it back to the seller anyway, but USPS wouldn't take his original packaging so I had to use a USPS plastic enveloppe. The seller wouldn't cooperate even after receiving the item back. The keyboard was tested before shipping (video proof shared) and later resold to another buyer with no issues.
